Can I change plans at anytime?

Yes, Advertkit is a pay-as-you-go service and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time right from your account page.

Do you have any contracts or cancellation fees?

No, Advertkit is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept purchase orders or accept an order over the phone.

What will happen to all my Facebook Campaigns, Adsets, Ads after I unsubscribe from advertkit ? I don’t want to lose them.

No need to get tensed, your Facebook campaigns are safe, you can manage your facebook campaigns in your Facebook Ads Manager but you will not be able to access our optimized solution for Facebook Advertising.

What are Campaign Groups?

Campaign groups are like folders constituting of campaigns. You can add any number of campaigns to a particular Campaign Group and you can track the combined performance for thousands of campaigns through our Campaign group dashboard in real time.

What are Rules?

Rules are automated actions which lets you pause or play campaigns when a particular metric meets the set criterion, With rules you can automate the manual process of continuous monitoring of your Campaign’s performance.

What are Goals?

Goals allow you to set targets for metrics to be tracked in real-time and project them for a future time period for better budget planning. You can create Goals to measure the performance of key metrics on an on-going basis at Campaign, AdSet or Ads Level which can be scheduled on a Daily, Weekly or Monthly basis.

What are Alerts?

Alerts are pre-defined email notifications which get triggered based on set criteria which can be handled in the Alerts section of AdvertKit, You get notified through email when your most important metric crosses a set desired value so that you can take valuable action on your Account, Campaign Groups, Campaigns, AdSets or Ads based on Alerts.
